Pre-purchase Inspection Reports

Pre-purchase Inspection Reports are recommended as part of a buyer’s due diligence prior to purchasing a residential or commercial property in order to ensure that the trees you are purchasing on the property are structurally sound and free of disease or decay.

Tree Audit and Risk Assessment Reports

Your Arborist will assess the current health and structural status of the trees and will assess the safe useful life expectancy and risk rate each tree.

The report will also identify any defects or issues that may lead to structural instability or failure and identify any other issues. Each tree is photographed and detailed recommendations given for the future management requirements of each tree.

This process can often meet your legal obligations to ensure your tree assets are regularly managed adequately.

Commercial/Residential Preliminary Tree Assessment Report

A Preliminary Tree Assessment Report is completed prior to the commencement of a commercial or residential construction project.

These reports will identify each tree and provide detailed information including species identification, canopy spread, tree protection zone incursions and structural root zone areas.

These reports are required when working around trees as per Australian Standard AS 4970-2009 Protection of Trees on Development Sites.

Site Supervision (Project Arborist)

As a qualified Level 5 Arborist, we provide all aspects of Arboricultural management for any commercial or residential project including reporting, advising, supervising and implementing tree protection measure and monitoring as required during the construction works.

These extra Site Supervision measures ensure that trees on the site thrive during the works and pose a minimal risk in the future.

Pest and Disease Diagnosis Report

Trees are often planted in unsuitable situations causing environment stress to the tree. When the tree is stressed it can become more vulnerable to drought, abiotic challenges and attacks from pests and disease.

Preventative care, early intervention and management can assist to rectify any damage and to keep trees happy and healthy.
