A Preliminary Tree Assessment Report is completed prior to the commencement of a commercial or residential construction project.

These reports will identify each tree and provide detailed information including species identification, canopy spread, tree protection zone incursions and structural root zone areas.

These reports are required when working around trees as per Australian Standard AS 4970-2009 Protection of Trees on Development Sites.
